Which collaborators should participate in my event?

During your event, we recommend that you invite campus managers, human resources managers, employees with the position for which you are recruiting, as well as ESSEC alumni.

They will be the most likely to answer our students' questions and understand the issues they face.

How to make my event more attractive?

To make your event more attractive, do not hesitate to :

- Limit the number of slides

- Talk about concrete things: positions, missions, schedules, value of the company

- Give priority to testimonials (from alumni for example)

- Don't limit yourself to information on your website or corporate communication

- Include videos in your presentation

- Give away goodies

- Set up interactive games

What are the best practices if I do an online event?

Here are the best practices to follow when doing an online event:

- Be in a closed room, preferably bright and with a neutral background

- Choose a quiet place without visual and sound disturbances

- Favour natural light, otherwise consider a desk lamp

- Avoid bright light sources behind you because they can make you appear backlit

- Close windows

- Eliminate and minimize distractions during the event (e.g. email, phone).

- You may choose to add visual interest and show your personality by highlighting elements of decor (books, plants, art...).

- Choose solid colors and avoid busy prints

- Test your equipment beforehand: check that your camera and microphone are working

- Check that the video link works
