ESSEC Career Fair

The ESSEC Career Fair is the highlight of the year in terms of recruitment on our campus. Over the course of two days in person in Cergy, followed by a third day fully online, companies come to meet students from diverse academic backgrounds, ready to take on tomorrow’s challenges.
Each year, this event welcomes a wide range of companies, representing numerous sectors, who come to share their internship, apprenticeship, and job opportunities with our students.

One fair, three days, one goal: connecting talent and opportunities

Days 1 & 2 – On ESSEC’s Cergy campus
Two in-person days to engage directly with our students, present your company, promote your job openings, and identify your future talent.

Day 3 – Online (international format)
A full day dedicated to international companies, as well as France-based companies looking to recruit non-French-speaking students for opportunities in France or abroad. This digital format is designed to facilitate remote interactions, enable one-on-one connections with students, and reach international and multilingual profiles.
