Goal

First-year students of the Grande Ecole, admitted by competitive exam, observe and discover the job of their choice alongside an experienced manager.

Format

Active observation by the student – no particular logistics or operational mission planned.

Prerequisites

• Operational for at least three years

• Available four consecutive days in November

• Responsible for a team (internal or external) of at least three people

• Working in a company of at least three people
